I'm ok

Always my answer to "How are you?"
I don't want you to know I'm upset.
I don't want you to know I'm sad.
I don't want you to know I'm depressed.
How sometimes I cry for no reason.
How I simply feel at lost at times.
How crying sometimes just makes it hurt worse.
That, in fact I AM NOT OK.
